1. Provision of information by the Client:
1.1. When registering on the website contrastfoundry.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) the Client provides the following information: full name, billing address, organization name, e-mail address.
1.2. By submitting their personal data, the Client agrees to their processing (up to the moment their consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn) by Limited Liability Company “Contrast Foundry” (LLC “CoFo”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), to insure that Seller’s and/or their partners’ obligations to the Client are fulfilled, and also with regard to the sale of goods, the granting of licences for the right to use intellectual property and the provision of services, background information, as well as for the promotion of goods, works and services, and agrees to receive promotional and informational messages and service messages. When processing the Client’s personal data, the Seller is guided by the Federal law of the Russian Federation “On personal data”, the Federal law of the Russian Federation “On advertising” and Seller bylaws.
1.2.1. A Client can update their personal information in their account of the Website. If a Client wishes to delete their Website account, they are required to send a request via email: info@contrastfoundry.com. If the Client wishes to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data, he must send an official request to the Seller to: info@contrastfoundry.com.
1.3. Use of information provided by the Client and received by the Seller.
1.3.1 The Seller uses the data provided by the Client during the whole period of the Client’s registration on the Website for the purposes of:
— registration/login of the Client on the Website;
— processing of the Client Orders and fulfillment of their obligations to the Client;
— carrying out activities to promote goods and services;
— Website functioning analysis;
— Client’s characteristics analysis and personal recommendations;
— informing the client about promotions, discounts and special offers via e-mail.
1.3.2. The seller has the right to send promotional and informational messages to the Client. If the Client does not wish to receive promotional messages from the Seller, they must change the corresponding subscription settings in the relevant section of the personal account. Since specified settings have been changed the Client may continue to receive Seller emails within the next 3 days, due to the functioning and information interaction system particularities and to the contract terms and conditions with contractors, sending advertising informational messages for the Seller.
2. Provision and transfer of information received by the Seller:
2.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the information received from the Client to the third parties. It is not considered a breach if the Seller provides information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of the contract with the Seller for the fulfillment of obligations to the Client and only within the framework of contracts. This paragraph shall not be considered a breach in case the Seller transfers anonymized Client data to the third parties for Website analysis, Client characteristics analysis and provision of personal recommendations.
2.2. Transfer of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of law of the Russian Federation shall not be considered a breach of obligations.
2.3. When processing personal data, the Seller shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
3. Storage and use of information by the Client:
3.1. The Client undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password used for identification on the Website.
3.2. The Client undertakes to ensure due diligence when storing and using login and password (including, but not limited to: use of licensed anti-virus programs, use of complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, to keep third parties from accessing a computer or other equipment with the client’s login and password entered on it, etc.)
3.3. Shall the Seller have suspicions regarding the use of the Client’s account by a third party or with malicious software, the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Client’s password.
